1. What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Metropolitan France : between 3 and 6 working days

  • Europe : generally between 3 and 8 working days

  • International : 7 to 15 working days , up to 3-4 weeks for certain bulky or made-to-order products

Each order is shipped from a European warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment.

2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €100 , regardless of the destination in France or Europe.
Below this amount, delivery costs are indicated at checkout according to the product category and the country of delivery.


3. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Of course. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to notify us of a return.
For the return to be accepted:

  • Items must be unused

  • In perfect condition , in their original packaging

  • With all tags still attached (if applicable)
